I used 1x4 pine to create these decorative signs.

I write my letting on paper and trace onto the wood so that I can get it centered before painting.
It's not very easy to freehand.

When done with all the painting, shading, sanding and finishing touches I spray with a clear
sealer.


I then attached some kind of hanger and its ready for the customer.

Those are really nice!
Love your signs. I used to paint alot before I started on all the paper stuff.
It is good to pull those brushes out once in awhile. Looking at your signs makes me feel like painting something - ha ha.
