Is Cratyness a word? Maybe it’s craftiness. Oh yes…. That is!
I made a couple of RAK’s which I enjoy doing randomly. It’s nice to occasionally cheer a person’s day; whether it’s their Birthday, or their un-birthday. Either way… It’s fun! Everyone wants a little joy in their life.
These exploding card boxes seem to be the big thing right now.
Just a fun spring flowery card.
And of course a special birthday!

I sat down last weekend and spent some quality time in my craft room. I’m working on a couple of mini scrapbook projects. I’ll be sharing those in the future.
I also made a couple of cards.
I’m still not very good at quick and simple. I love all of the details and embellishments. There is just something about all of the layering that I love; and of course the distressed edges, too.

Week 4 already. The year is slipping away.
The word of the week is JOY.
My life is busy. I find it a joyous occasion when I find time to sit in my craft room and create. Today was one of those days.

Is it a studio? Is it a craft room? What do you call yours? I stamp and make cards in here. I doodle in here. I draw in here. I tolepaint in here. I do art journaling in here. I study in here. I do digital scrapbooking in here. I edit photo’s in here. I read in here. I watch movies in here. I sew in here. And on and on the list goes. What do you call the room where you create?
Last week we moved the old armoire from the master bedroom into my craft room. We purchase a new dresser and I thought I could use this to help organize my space. In other words…. hide stuff behind closed doors. Notice that I had to move my desk over so the Ink Stack holding all of my ink pads and markers is no longer centered? The anal in me is trying to get over that because I am NOT going to move the shelf. AND.. the button shelf is no longer centered over the little cabinet under it! OH the PAIN I’m going through…. It’s my room… Seriously… I don’t care.. I have a room and it’s easy access to me. Here are a few pictures at different angles. The room is painted champagne.
This is my happy place and I love it!

The new Autumn/Winter Idea Book & Catalog just came out. It is fabulous! Wow! There are so many new and exciting things. There are new alcohol markers. When you order, you get two coordinating shades; dark and light. I am really excited to see how these compare to Copic Markers which are also alcohol ink. (Wonderful for blending)
There are new mini pigment pads. There is a new Cricut Artiste Collection cartridge. CTMH Cricut cartridges are made exclusively for CTMH. It includes 700 images, Font, Shapes and 3-D items. There are 3 size D stamp set and 3 12X9 Dimensional Elements in coordination shapes in the kit. The die cuts coordinate with many stamps. The stamps are outlined in red so that you know that they coordinate with a die cut. Don’t forget the Art Philosophy Collection cartridge is still available, too.
The paper packets are to die for! If I must choose my favorites they are…
Flirty
and Avonlea.
There are many new stamp sets ranging from $6.95 to $29.95 which are the large alphabet sets. All of CTMH stamps are a true, clear acrylic. They come in envelopes and storage is minimal.
There are many new embellishments and new surfaces to alter.
Check out this new Advent kit.
If you love what you see. Come visit me at my CTMH site HERE. Product will be shipped directly to you. If you are local, I can place an order for you. I usually place an order around the 15th of the month but I can order any time.
