We’re in the dog days of summer and it is too dang hot!! The entire West Coast is having a heat wave!! I took this picture at the Newport Aquarium last time I was on the coast. I loved watching the otters! They’re so cute! What a fabulous way to stay cool!

Very very cute! Otters are darling! Nice title too :) Great shot.
These guys have the art of relaxing and staying coool down pat. When in the ocean I relax the same way however I never have a piece of kelp to hang on to!!
