My Rockstar chick called me today and said she left a bunch of strawberries on my front step for me. I stopped at the store on my way home from work and bought a few supplies. I quickly did a little house cleaning and laundry them made these yummy jars of delight. Strawberry freezer jam! YUMMO!

That looks so good Michelle. I have heard that freezer jam is not too difficult to make. I should try it sometime. What kind of jars are those? I have never seen them before.
Those look yummy! I've done jam but never freezer jam. My 'signature' jam is Apple Pie Jam and my Grandma's Pear Jam.
