Tea Party

Scissorbella's friend, Brandy is having a Birthday this month and wants to have a tea party. Luckily a friend had some stamps I could borrow. This one is by Primworks. I also used CTMH stamp D1182 It's a party. Petal CS and Clover Meadow B&T paper. I used my water brush to color the teapot and sponged the edges of the scallop punch with clover meadow ink.
